The Archive by Imtiaz is a residential tower in the Dubai Land Residence Complex, built around the idea of reading as a way of living. It rises 18 floors and holds 310 residences, laid out as studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments, delivered fully furnished.
The project is under construction. Alongside the usual gym, sky pool, children pool and playground, the shared programme carries a library, reading corners, a floating cabana, a water feature, a sunken sitting area and an outdoor cinema.
The tower is developed by Imtiaz Developments in the same community as its Cove buildings.
